Today Sept. 8th: Jay-Z's Blueprint Moved Up To Tuesday Release (Buy on itunes) The release date for Jay-Z's highly anticipated album The Blueprint 3 has been shuffled due to bootlegging and leaks on the Internet.
The new album will now be released this Tuesday (September 8) as opposed to the original date of Friday, September 11.

Blueprint 3 officially drops on September 11th coinciding with a free concert
Billboard: Jay-Z will release his "Blueprint 3" album on Sept. 11 on Roc Nation with distribution through Atlantic Records, numerous sources have confirmed. A formal announcement is expected Sunday on New York radio station Hot 97 and at the station's massive Summer Jam concert in New Jersey at Giants Stadium.
Sam Crespo, VP of Rap Promotions at Atlantic Records who goes by the twitter name TheCrespo, first confirmed the news in a Twitter posting
also revealed the details but was subsequently removed.
Last week, Hits Daily Double reported that Sean "Diddy" Combs had allegedly spoken with Jay-Z and persuaded him to sign to Warner Music Group, joining former Island Def Jam colleagues Lyor Cohen and Kevin Liles. The site also alleged this was a one-off deal just for this recording.
that Roc Nation was going over to Sony through Epic, and sources close to the negotiations are still standing by their version. "Roc Nation will still be coming to Epic. It will still be a distribution deal," a source tells Billboard.com.

It has been a long time since something we have heard of The Lox. Het laatste album van Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, en Styles P dateert alweer uit 2001. The last album by Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, Styles P dating again from 2001. In een interview met Yo! In an interview with Yo! Raps heeft Sheek Louch laten weten dat het album dit jaar zal verschijnen. Raps has Sheek Louch let us know that the album will appear this year.
After eight years, the new album from The Lox, entitled Live, Suffer & Celebrate, between May and June in the shelves. "We got a lot of songs done we keep recording we going in strong. We all know The Lox are great MC's and have plenty of material recorder and man I know it's going to be hard to make that final tracklisting, it's D-Block ya'll!", aldus Sheek.
